We do all of the advertising, showcasing, and selling, as well as assist you with setting an appropriate asking price to maximize the value of your items. When your item sells, you receive 60% of the selling price. We work hard so you don’t have to!

Convenient, Safe, Hassle-Free

You don’t have to worry about advertising your items, waiting by the phone for potential buyers, staying at home to wait for “maybe” buyers, or allowing strangers to walk through your home. Garage sales bring low prices for your quality pieces and limit the number of shoppers; auctions cannot guarantee reasonable prices.

Showcasing Your Items

With over 7,600 square feet, all on one floor, we are one of the largest furniture consignment stores in the area. Our spacious, new store provides an inviting space to display furniture and decorative accessories. Our building has easy access for loading and unloading items and convenient free parking. We are open five days a week and conveniently located to serve all of Central Iowa.

Managing Your Items

We have the experience to price and attractively display your items. Items are consigned for up to 90 days, but many pieces sell within a few days. We provide a simple agreement form, which lists your items and their prices. The pricing and sale of your items are monitored with an up-to-date computer system, and we pay consignors monthly.
