Refund policy

Please note that all sales are final.  We are selling on behalf of our consignors, so refunds and exchanges will not be permitted.   We take great care to ensure that the condition of items is represented well online.  Our recommendation is that you examine each piece, take pictures, and verify measurements, etc. before placing your order.  

Consignment Gallery will in no way be held responsible or liable for any damage that may occur in transport or while items are being loaded or unloaded. 

Our sales associates are ready to assist you over the phone if more information about a piece is needed for online purchases.
